You Were Never In Cairo – short film (10 minutes, mature audiences)
Written by Jeffrey Fracé, with text adapted from the poetry of Maged Zaher. Performed by Jeffrey Fracé, Diana Jean Oliphant, and Duygu Erdogan. Directed and edited by Andrew Tsao, shot by Haley Watson. This began as a character study/rehearsal sketch/format experiment for our rehearsal process of "The Life Model," and evolved into a stand-alone short art film (and homage to Hiroshima Mon Amour).

The Life Model is a play that uses multi-media and shifting narrative styles to reflect the various points of view of four international friends who attempt to tell each other’s stories and the story of the Revolution in Cairo in 2011. It premiered at On the Boards, Seattle, in January 2016.
